A wide variety of weapons can be used for hunting including different caliber rifles, shotguns, pistols, and bows. In the current version of the game (with DLCs), there are 82 animals available to hunt, including many species and subspecies of deer such as the Whitetail Deer, Roosevelt Elk, and Fallow Deer but also predators such as the Black Bear or the Coyote. These can be big (very common) or small (common). There are colored circles on the border of the yellow lines showing what animals are most common over there. These spots often have a good view and feature several need zones. Locations with good animal population are encircled by a yellow line on the map.
